Shit Robot - The Green Machine

Oh sí! Shit Robot is back! After the release of his amazing debut album “From The Cradle To The Rave” in 2010, Shit Robots returns with a new project. A series of three 12”, named “The Green Machine”. The first release includes two brand new jams: “Teenage Bass” / “Space Race”, which will be released digitally and on vinyl on May 21 on DFA Records.

“After the album I just wanted to go back to my roots and make some dance 12”s, music for people to get drunk and jump around to.”

Kris Menace – Electric Horizon LP

No need to introduce you Kris Menace. But, for those who still need to go back to the past, here is a small introduction of the man. Christophe Hoeffel, his real name, began to use his moniker in 2005, when he collaborated with Lifelike, to release “Discopolis”. He’s also responsible, with his partners in crime Alan Braxe and Fred Falke, for creating this masterpiece cosmic with space disco sound. He’s been remixing a lot of songs for the likes of LCD Soundsystem, Moby, Metronomy, Bag Raiders, etc… This man also producing under other aliases such as Black Van (created with KoweSix) and Stars on 33 (teaming up with Lawrence Tompson & Radical Peterson).

Renaissance Man - Remix Project

Last month, news broke that Finnish duo Renaissance Man had enlisted a fleet of top-notch producers for a new remix album, which has since been dubbed Remix Project. The 10-track collection, which officially drops on March 19 via Turbo, includes reworks of tracks from last year's The Renaissance Man Project by an impressive slate of artists that includes Matthew Herbert, Joakim, Teeth, Paul Woolford, Locked Groove, Dexter, and more. That information alone would be enough to get most people excited, but Turbo has elected to tease everyone a bit more by passing along a stream of the remix LP in its entirety.
